Carla originates from southern Illinois; however, she has lived in several states while married to her husband, Al, an Air Force veteran.  Carla and her family spent 2001-2005 living in Hahira, GA. While living in Hahira, the Valdosta area quickly became “home.” Upon military retirement, Carla knew she wanted to return to her “home.”  She has happily made her home in Valdosta for the past three years. 

Carla graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Interior Design.  In 2004, she earned a degree from Valdosta State University in Education. Carla taught school in the Lowndes County School System, while retaining a license to sell real estate. She decided to combine her love of interior design, real estate, and teaching by setting up her real estate/staging career with Signature Choice Realty in Valdosta.  Carla is using her education expertise to teach clients the unique processes of buying, selling, and staging homes.
